What counts as a workflow run?
Under the proposed allowance model, one workflow invocation counts as one run. Retries and resumptions of that invocation share its run ID and use the same allowance unit. Starting another invocation counts separately.
What does execution history mean?
The proposed history window is the time completed run records would be available to inspect. The table shows 30 days on Developer and 90 days on Team.
